In thread turning, we can offer all possible geometries. Should it be ISO, UN, Whitworth, tapered, ACME, Oil thread etc. or special profiles, we have everything in our portfolio. Due to our special solid carbide grades and coating, or uncoated in case of non-ferrous materials, TiN, TiAlN and XTiAlN we can process any material.
TURNING HOLDERS
Our nickel coated external and internal turning holders with internal coolant are specially designed to supply coolant directly to the cutting edge of the insert in order to break chips and dissipate heat, which results in the increased tool life.
