THREAD MILLS
Thread milling belongs to our strengths as well. Our thread milling inserts and solid carbide thread mills are ground with the highest precision and have a fine core base with triple PVD coating. This process enables you to achieve the best surface quality and very good tool life. We also have thread mills in our portfolio, which can process hardened steel up to 63 HRc.
THREAD TURNING
In thread turning we can offer all possible geometries. Should it be ISO, UN, Whitworth, tapered, ACME, oil thread or a special profile, we have everything in our portfolio. Due to our special solid carbide grades and coatings (or uncoated for non-ferrous metals), TiN, TiAlN and XTiAlN we can process any material.
